Iowa Mini Highlands

Iowa Mini Highlands is a family owned farm in SE Iowa. I come from a heritage of farming and wanted to raise a few cattle on the small acreage I bought after graduating from University of Iowa. The acreage I have is perfect to raise small highland cattle because the fold can forage off the grass and small pasture. If you’re looking for great cattle to raise with little effort these are the cattle for you. They calve with ease, and are small, allowing you to get more cattle per acre. They are docile making them easy to handle, but tough enough for Iowa winters.
